spine market. Titan Spine's portfolio includes a comprehensive
line of titanium devices as well as the nanoLOCK® surface tech-

which falls within the first quarter of fiscal year 2020. The
company expects this transaction to not affect its fiscal 2020
adjusted earnings per share.
4. The transaction is still subject to customary closing condi-

vice president and president of the spine division, which is part
of the Restorative Therapies Group at Medtronic. "We feel that
surface-enhanced titanium implants combined with our com-
prehensive biologics portfolio can have a positive impact on

uskegon (Mich.) Surgery Center is the
state's first ASC to use Medtronic's Mazor X
Stealth Edition robotic guidance platform
for spine surgery.
MSC is the second surgery center in the country to
introduce the Mazor X Stealth Edition, which allows
surgeons to create personalized 3D surgical plans
before surgery. A robotic arm holds surgical instru-
mentation in place during spine procedures.
Medtronic launched the Mazor X Stealth Edition in
January. The first procedures using the system were
performed at Louisville, Ky.-based Norton Healthcare
and Reston (Va.) Hospital Center.
