They are listed below, according to title and in alphabetical order. CEO Omaha, Neb.-based Methodist Health Sys- tem selected Josie Abboud, BSN, to serve as president and CEO of Methodist Hospital and Methodist Women's Hospital, both located in Omaha. Memphis, Tenn.-based Le Bonheur Chil- dren's Hospital president and CEO Meri Armour is retiring in 2019. Merit Health Wesley in Hattiesburg, Miss., named Matthew Banks, BSN, MSN, CEO. Wael Barsoum, MD, will become president and CEO of the entire Cleveland Clinic Florida region. Pueblo, Colo.-based Parkview Medical Center CEO Mike Baxter plans to depart from the role, effective in February. Pittsburgh Mercy Health System named Antonio Beltran president and CEO, effec- tive Jan. 7. Detroit-based Henry Ford Health System named Denise Brooks-Williams senior vice president and CEO of its north market, a newly created role. Beverly Capasso, RN, president and CEO of Fort Lauderdale, Fla.-based Broward Health, resigned. Bill Carpenter, CEO and chairman of Brentwood, Tenn.-based LifePoint Health, will retire upon completion of his com- pany's merger with RCCH HealthCare Partners, also based in Brentwood. William H. Considine, CEO of Akron (Ohio) Children's Hospital, announced his retirement. Vail (Colo.) Health selected Will Cook to serve as president and CEO, effective in early January. Englewood, Colo.-based Catholic Health Initiatives and San Francisco-based Dignity Health appointed Lloyd H. Dean as one of two CEOs of the organization created by its merger. Wyatt Decker, MD, vice president and CEO of the Mayo Clinic's campus in Phoenix, left his role Jan. 2. Burlington, Mass.-based Wellforce CEO Norm Deschene retired at the end of 2018. Jonathan Ellen, MD, CEO of Johns Hop- kins All Children's Hospital in St. Peters- burg, Fla., resigned. Natrona Heights, Pa.-based Allegheny Valley Hospital President and CEO Bill Englert is retiring in early 2019. Sierra Nevada Memorial Hospital in Grass Valley, Calif., appointed Brian Evans, MD, president and CEO. Jackson, Mich.-based Henry Ford Alle- giance Health President and CEO Georgia Fojtasek will retire in 2019. Roxanna L. Gapstur has been named the president and CEO of York, Pa.-based WellSpan Health, effective Jan. 2. Patrick Gavin, CEO of Springfield, Pa.- based Crozer-Keystone Health System, resigned in November 2018. Flemington, N.J.-based Hunterdon Health- care System appointed Patrick Gavin presi- dent and CEO, effective in early January. Denver-based UCHealth named Chris- topher A. Gessner president and CEO of University of Colorado Hospital on the Anschutz Medical Campus in Aurora, effective in February. Richard Gilfillan, MD, CEO of Livonia, Mich.-based Trinity Health, will depart from the system in June. Maggie Gill was appointed CEO of Tenet's Palm Beach Group, which includes five Florida hospitals, as well as CEO of Delray Beach, Fla.-based Delray Medical Center. A. Hugh Greene will retire as CEO of Jack- sonville-based Baptist Health of Northeast Florida in 2019, once a permanent replace- ment is found. Heart of Texas Community Health Center in Waco appointed Jackson Griggs CEO Brian Grissler, president and CEO Stam- ford (Conn.) Hospital, retired Sept. 30, 2018. Corpus Christi, Texas-based Driscoll Health System selected Eric Hamon to serve as permanent president and CEO. Abilene, Texas-based Hendrick Health System selected Brad Holland to serve as president and CEO. San Diego-based Sharp HealthCare ap- pointed Christopher Howard president and CEO, effective Jan. 31.
