Here's what you should know: 1. Comprehensive Pain Man- agement also operates as An- esthesia Service Associates. Of the company's 40 clinics, only 13 didn't elaborate on their current status, referring the Tennessean to the corporation's public relations office. 2. All 21 of the company's Ten- nessee clinics said they'd be shutting down. 3. CEO John Davis led Com- prehensive Pain Management since 2011. He was indicted for Medicare fraud in April. He allegedly received $770,000 in bribes from CCC Medical to refer patients to CCC clinics. 4. Mr. Davis allegedly at- tempted to hide a portion of the bribes by selling a sham business with no assets to CCC Medical. 5.
