Bain Capital Private Equity also an- nounced plans to acquire H.I.G. Capital's existing equity stake in Surgery Partners in conjunction with this transaction. Co-Founder of Chicago-based Minimally Invasive Spine Institute at Midwest Orthopaedics at Rush Frank Phillips, MD, discusses the next five years in spine surgery at ASCs. He touches on the expansion of spine procedures in the outpatient setting and new technology coming down the pipe.
